William brings decades of construction, repair, consultation, and property management experience to the inspection business.  After serving 20-years as a structural craftsman in the United States Air Force and over 11-years as a general contractor, William’s transition to home inspection was seamless and natural. Additionally, he has a degree in Construction Technology, fully licensed by the state of New Mexico and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. William and his family have been active members of the Otero County community for over 15 years and are excited about the opportunity to assist with your next venture.
